Order Processing

Delivery timeframes displayed during checkout or in order communications are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, local disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after shipment. Carrier tracking systems may require additional time to display the first movement or update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Contact us promptly if you identify an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment or shipment has started.

International Shipments

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import requirements, taxes, duties or other charges depending on destination. Where these amounts are not collected during checkout, they may be assessed separately by local authorities or service providers.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your shipment is missing, contact service@poirtry.com with your order number so our team can review the available shipping information.

Damaged Shipments

If a package or product arrives visibly damaged, retain the product and packaging and contact us promptly. Relevant photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label and visible damage may be requested.
